Frequently asked questions

Can I change my address on an order I already placed or cancel it fully?

For most items in my shop, the answer is, "No."

It is 100% your responsibility to ensure address accuracy when placing your order, because I ship to the address that you provided on the order. Please be aware that if a product has already gone into production with my print shops, I am unable to make changes or cancellations to orders. If an item is returned to me due to your error in entering the proper address, you will bear the cost of reshipping it to you.

Please ensure all addresses and other information are correct before hitting the submit button.

If your item is returned to sender and it was sent to the address given on the order, you will need to pay to have it reshipped to you or the package will be considered abandoned.

What happens if my package goes missing?

If an order has not arrived after 25 business days (business days do not include holidays or weekends), please reach out immediately, and a replacement order or full refund will be issued, whichever you prefer. Please do not wait more than 25 business days to contact me.

If tracking for an order states that it was delivered successfully to the address provided on the order, you will need to speak to your carrier about the location of the package. I do not replace packages or issue refunds when tracking states that a package has been successfully delivered.

I have no control over how long packages are held in customs, so I ask international customers to please use resources in their own countries when there are questions about customs.

Can I return my purchase?

I do not offer returns for any reason whatsoever on original or custom, commissioned paintings.

I also do not offer returns if the color isn’t exactly as you expected. I make every effort to present images that are as close to the original artwork as possible through digital means. Colors will be slightly different from monitor to monitor due to various monitor color, contrast and brightness settings. Having said that, if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please email me and I will do my best to rectify the situation. I want you to be happy with your purchase!!

Will I receive all of my items in one package?

If you purchase more than one item from my shop, you may receive more than one package. I am partnered with several different print shops so that I can offer the best products possible within my product lines. You may receive only one tracking number for your multiple item purchase. This is because when an item ships, Etsy automatically assigns that same tracking number to every item in the order. If you have questions, please reach out - but please know the rest of your order is most certainly on the way! Thanks!
